Standard orders are typically processed and shipped within 2-3 business days depending on product availability. Orders placed on weekends will be processed the following business day.
Processing and shipping times of personalized or drop shipped items may vary. We will contact you with an estimated shipping date.
Some oversized products or products shipped from overseas are subject to additional shipping fees. This information is identified as an “extra handling” and is noted on the individual product page.
Attention International customers: All payment transactions through the shopping cart are in US dollars. Please contact Little Choux at firstname.lastname@example.org prior to completing any purchase transaction so that we may provide you with a shipping quote and to confirm whether we are able to ship to your address and region. We reserve the right to cancel any international order. If this occurs, you will receive an email and a full refund.
For your convenience, we accept PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.
Little Choux ships all orders within the United States via the USPS and shipping is available to the US, Canada and abroad.
For international orders, please note that Little Choux is not responsible for any international custom and duty fees, taxes or any delays due to customs. These fees are in addition to, and not included in, the cost of shipping. Additionally, there may be some countries that Little Choux may not be able to ship to so please email us directly at email@example.com for any questions regarding international shipping.
OUT-OF-STOCK OR BACKORDERED ITEMS
Many of the products we carry are handmade by individual artisans or are produced by boutique brands that produce limited quantities. To inquire about a product that is out of stock or backordered, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
We are only required to collect sales tax on orders shipping within the state of Virginia; a 5% sales tax does apply.
We want you to be delighted with your purchase. If you are not, please email us and note the reason for your return and to obtain a Return Authorization Number. After reaching us, we will provide you with return shipping instructions.
Returns may be made within 30 days of receiving your delivery. All products must be in original packaging, not used and in salable condition. Once we receive the returned item/s the charges will be directed to you; shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. Personalized orders are non-refundable
